Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only. That covers all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 8 to 25 days. To be safe, plan for about 2 to 5 weeks from the day you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Where do orders ship from?
From our partner's fulfillment center outside the United States. That's why delivery takes longer than it would from a U.S. warehouse.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. International tracking can take a few days to show its first update. If it looks stuck, email us and we'll check with the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can at soporte@avanzafit.store. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund, and we can usually fix the address.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the day you placed it, we'll send it again for free or refund you in full. Your choice.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide in inches. Measure your waist and hips and compare. Our pieces can run small, so if you're between sizes, size up. Still not sure? Email us your usual size and measurements before you order, and we'll help.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags. Please email us before you send anything. The steps are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged, or it's not what I ordered. What do I do?
We're sorry. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
When will I get my refund?
We issue refunds within 5 business days of approving them, to the payment method you used. After that, banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
Products
Who makes your products?
We don't manufacture clothing. We select pieces from makers we work with through our sourcing partner.
How do I care for my activewear?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Don't use bleach or fabric softener, and let it air dry. Each product page has its own care notes.
